In addition to being a therapist, I am a wife, mother, animal lover, and lifelong learner. I have experienced living on both coasts, as well as a few spots in between.
My approach to therapy is relaxed and collaborative. I incorporate a strength-based, solution-focused style and believe that the connection between therapist and client is a key component for our good work together. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore together what has brought you to therapy and how you might take steps toward your preferred life.
I specialize in the treatment of challenges related to physical illnesses, grief and loss, end of life support, life transitions and personal growth.
In addition to my private practice I am on the clinical team at weSPARK Cancer Support Center, a non-profit organization that serves cancer patients.
